Siam Medica helps international patients explore healthcare options in Thailand and coordinates with hospitals, clinics and specialists before, during and after treatment.
Yes. Siam Medica does not charge patients for our support and coordination. Treatment, hospital, travel and other third-party costs are paid separately to the relevant providers.
Tell us what care you are looking for, along with your preferences and budget. We then help identify appropriate providers and specialists in Thailand for you to consider.
Once the relevant provider has reviewed your case, they can propose a treatment plan, expected timing and estimated costs. We help coordinate the communication and make the information easier to navigate.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality, length of stay and circumstances. We can provide general guidance, but you should always confirm the latest entry requirements with the relevant Thai authorities before travelling.
This depends on the treatment. You may be asked for recent medical reports, test results, scans, medication information or other relevant records. We will let you know what the provider needs to review your case.
Treatment and medical charges are normally paid directly to the hospital, clinic or healthcare provider according to their payment terms. We can help you understand the quotation and payment process before you travel.
Yes. We treat personal and medical information with care and confidentiality and only share relevant information with healthcare providers when needed to support your enquiry and treatment coordination.
We remain available after treatment to help with follow-up communication and coordination with your healthcare provider if questions arise after you return home.
No. Siam Medica provides non-medical guidance, coordination and patient support. Medical assessments, diagnoses, treatment recommendations and clinical care are provided by the relevant hospitals, clinics and licensed healthcare professionals.
